Have you thought of this question before? The furthest I would go is to buy some anti-wrinkle creams to apply on the face, try to eat healthier and be a more confident person. I think aging gracefully is also about the character, not so much based on how you look physically, agree?
And yet, there are many who do go many steps further to try to age even more gracefully, to the point of trying to reverse this inevitable process of “maturing”. Some subject themselves to hgh pills which I’ve heard is not that great due to the side effects they have.
I seriously don’t think I mind very much as I age. I have a very positive outlook of what life is like when I’m in my 40s and even 50s. I look forward to seeing Ryan grow up to be a perfect gentleman, to watch him experience life lessons and even to the point of having his own family. You may think I think too far ahead, he’s only 2…well, I like day-dreaming, did I mention that?
Maybe with that kind of day-dreaming or having that so-called perfect picture of what life is like in my 40s and beyond, it doesn’t seem so scary to grow into that future life. It makes the process of aging a lot less scary and negative for me.
How far along do you think about your life?
