Eubos Cream Bath Oil for babies

I was singing praises for Sebamed baby products not long ago. Now I have praises for Eubos baby cream bath oil too.

I was told that this oil makes baby’s skin smooth and soft and can be used from head to toe. It’s also very moisturising for the skin and I’ve been advised that babies who use this do not need to have baby lotion and baby powder applied. It has a gentle and mild scent to it and is rather pleasant.

Another reason I was keen to try this product is because it apparently provides relief from dry skin and other conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, nappy rash, cradle cap and prickly heat. When baby turned a month old, he started getting prickly heat and he’s got quite sensitive skin even till now. The paed says he’s got mild eczema. Every now and then we find a small patch of rough skin on his arm or feet. The way we treat it is to apply medication prescribed by the doctor that contains steroids. If I can help it, I try not to use it at all. So hopefully the Eubos Cream Bath Oil is able to keep the rough patches at bay.

The first time we used this cream bath oil on him, we felt the immediate effect. As soon as he was taken out of the tub and wiped dry, we touched his skin and it felt smoother and more supple than before. Try it out for yourself on your baby and enjoy extra soft baby skin! And if you’re interested, they have the adult version too.

The Eubos Cream Bath Oil retails at about RM31. I happen to find it during the Guardian Sales and bought it for RM28 with a free mini bottle as well as a mini tub of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter.

Hi Ivy, I’m happy to say that Eubos has worked very well for my baby boy! I also use Sebamed, but only afer those patches had disappeared after using Eubos. You might want to stick to Sebamed and see if it works before you make a switch.

Thanks god I saw your blog few months back. Eubos really worked well for my boy too. My baby boy also suffered from Ezcema. We been prescribed to use Elomet cream and its cured effectively. However, this cream contains steroid too. Very lucky, i found Eubos from this blog. Now, after used Eubos for months our baby’s skin become more smoother and the number to use Elomet cream also reduce significantly.

Hey Penny, do you still clean your baby with cleanser first before bathing your baby with the bath oil ? How do you use it on your baby?
