Is that fat picture of Christy Chung for real?

by Penny on March 3, 2009

I was flipping the newspapers this morning when a fat picture of Hong Kong artiste Christy Chung caught my eye. She was really fat and lumpy, apparently due to the second birth of her baby in July last year. It was an advertorial from Marie France, saying how much the program has helped her in reducing her weight and eventually returning to her previous state, and even having a more toned body than before she delivered! Somehow, I question how true that result really is. In the first place, I wonder if the picture of Christy being so fat is even true.

If the program really is that great and Christy got her figure back in no time, then of course all the greatest diet pills in the world can be thrown down the drain. Who needs them when the dangers of the side effects lurk in the unknown, and this supposedly successful program from Marie France is available to all. But then again, I’ve heard that a course at Marie France is not cheap. I’ve had a friend who claims to have spend about RM10,000 and experienced no difference at all. No wonder she was upset. I wonder if she would feel upset looking at that ad with Christy showing off her new slim, sexy and toned body!

Have you seen that fat picture of Christy? Can anyone verify if it’s for real?! I’m just curious… :)

You want real life and real results from a fellow blogger? Not to mention healthier and natural without going to those bloodsucker centres who prey on lazy, insecure women?

Horizon, I wonder if she was in fact really that fat and flabby or they photoshop it so that the effects are more drastic?

Aw, thanks for sharing the link. It’s amazing!

If you’re breastfeeding and looking after your little one with no help, you too can get the slim sexy body. Who needs Marie France.. hahaha

BTW, I went once before I got married (some free consultation thingy) and they examined my body and said I need to slim down my thighs. They were too fat for my body. They nicely told me they’re giving me a good deal which is RM2000 for 10 sessions (just for the thighs). Scary or not..And of course I didn’t contribute to their already very fat bank account.

Yeah, I tried asking them for a “quotation” to slim down for my wedding, apparently, I have skinny legs that is not proprtionate with my plump body. (I was 47kg’s then). So they told me to put a 10% downpayment for a slimming session, which concentrates on my upper body. It was for 10 sessions, RM4250.
I walked out of there saying Id think about it. They were not happy.

Amy, you’re right, breastfeeding has really helped lots of mothers gain back their shapely figure in a short time. Hmm…I think these kinds of slimming centers are all out to make money anyhow they can, so even if you’re the perfect figure, they’ll find fault some where!

Evelyne, you, plump?! Where??! See, they would just say and do anything to make you feel lousy about yourself. Glad you walked out of there without parting with good money!
