If you read my earlier post where I mentioned that I was going to run a giveaway soon, I’m sorry to say that I’ve decided not to do it after all. The prizes are actually quite great, ranging from ski vests and ski caps to some free night stay in a ski resort in the US, but after more thoughts on this, I have two good reasons why I shouldn’t do it.
Firstly, this blog doesn’t have a large readership from the US, and I don’t imagine many readers here to be hopping over to the US in peak winter to enjoy a stay in a ski resort. Secondly, I also thought that postage of the prizes like the ski vests would kill me! These vests weigh a lot and the sponsor of these products weren’t going to bear shipping charges.
If you have been waiting up for this giveaway, I’m truly sorry to have cancelled it. I’ll see if anything good comes up anytime soon from other interested sponsors
