I was to choose my own Mother’s Day gift (since baby doesn’t know what Mother’s Day is, not to mention buying or making me anything!) and I chose these.
They may not mean much to anybody, and they don’t even cost much. But these being the first Mother’s Day gift is special. I wanted to pick something that can last me a very long time to remember my first Mother’s Day by.
Having said that, I don’t have green fingers, so I need to work hard to keep them healthy and alive! You may be thinking that caring for a baby is a lot harder than to keep the plants alive. I fully agree, but I think I need to break the “spell” of being a bad plant caregiver (even a cactus can die on me!).
