Baby hasn’t exactly spoken his first words, he’s just experimenting with sounds. But there are some sounds that he particularly likes to make. And when we repeat them back to him, he’s tickled pink. In turn, we are tickled too that he can laugh repeatedly at us immitating his sounds.
So what do you think his first “words” are? Unfortunately they’re not mummy or daddy. We’re no where near there yet! His favourites now are “Noe noe” and “Pau pau”. I’ve also heard him ramble a few times “Mum mum” but no I don’t think he means me…not yet anyway. I will wait patiently for that day to come
