		<description>My lil one gets porridge for lunch and rice (or whatever we&#039;re eating outside if we&#039;re not cooking) for dinner. Like you, I always feel guilty feeding her food from outside (twice she got diarrhea because of it) but sometimes can&#039;t help it. So now we try to cook at least 4x a week to ensure that she gets healthy home cook food or at the very least a healthy soup with rice. And my lil one eats whatever we cook (vege, meat) but in small quantities and because of that we&#039;re cooking healthier too (good for us adults) as we&#039;re limiting the salt and oil etc.</description>
