Vanity talk first thing in the morning…This is a question especially for mummies, do you still have that flat or almost flat tummy you used to have before the babies came along?

I have to confess that I didn’t have a totally flat one to begin with, but it’s not exactly an aim to have a totally flat one now. I guess it’s quite impossible since I don’t exercise or watch my diet, so I know I shouldn’t be asking how to lose belly fat fast, but just want to know what is a more moderate way to achieve a flatter tummy. Note the term “flatter” and not flat. Haha!
I know some people say it’s actually impossible to have a flat tummy after birth but is that true? I’m sure some of those celebs have flat tummies, whether they’ve had some jobs done is something we all don’t know. But can workouts and diets help to achieve that? Any mummies has any experience in this? Any magic formula?
