More teeth on the way

The little boy is showing signs of teething again. A day after his birthday, he came down with fever, he’s been sucking his fingers a lot (and it really stinks of his saliva!), he gets agitated all of a sudden for no reasons at all and he’s been having watery stools the last few days.
Above it all, I’m just very thankful that he’s still very cheery and his fever seems to have gone away. I just hope that he doesn’t have to suffer too much discomfort as he grows a mouthful full of little teeth.
