This is for all mothers out there

by Penny on May 8, 2009

To all mothers in the world, here’s wishing you Happy Mother’s Day!

I know I’m early in my greetings since Mother’s Day is not until Sunday. But during the weekends, I don’t usually blog because it’s time to do the laundry, clean the house, run after the kid, deal with his struggles to go down for a nap, etc precious family time.

So here’s my Mother’s Day message to every mummy out there.

Whether you are a new mother of a cuddly baby or a seasoned mother who has seen and done it all, I’m sure you agree with me that nothing beats the joy of mothering our kids.

Whether you are a mother at the stage of being physically exhausted having to run after young toddlers, or managing teenagers who have minds of their own, or being complained by your adult children that you’re such a naggy mother, I’m sure you’ve never ever thought of giving up as a mother.

And despite all the above, your love as a mother is undying and totally unconditional. Who else is more giving in this world than a mother?

With that, I salute all mothers and I wish you a day of love, laughter and joy with your loved ones.
