A few months ago, I purchased some NUK teats to replace those of the Avant bottles because baby is used to NUK ones. The Avent teats come in smaller holes, thus a slower feed which irritates baby once he’s gotten the hang of easy and fast flow of milk.
However, the teats I bought were of a different size from stated on the packaging. It was meant for older babies who get an even faster flow of milk. Disappointed, I wrote to NUK in Denmark and told them my story. I said something about not being able to exchange the teats where I bought them from and that I wasn’t happy about it since it’s not my mistake.
NUK Denmark forwarded my email to what I believe to be their agent in where I live. They prompty wrote an email to apologise and was willing to exchange them for the correct sizes for me.
I happily agreed to the exchange. They even came by my office once we’ve set the date and time to meet! I was delighted with the service and you bet I will continue using their products because I find them to be good.
