Has this ever happened to you?
You’re making a run for the lift in the corner as you see people getting into it. As you get nearer and in plain sight of people already inside the lift, the doors of the lift start to close. The person whose finger is pressing on some button inside the lift sees you from the corner of his or her eyes. The look quickly shift downwards or he or she looks away, pretending that he or she never ever saw you rushing to the lift.
You’re short of shouting out “hold the doors” because you can’t due to the panting from the short sprint you made for the lift. As you now come into full sight of people in the lift, magically everyone just can’t see you. The gap of the lift doors become smaller and finally, they completely shut together and you are left there panting like a stupid fool, who now have to wait a minute or two for the next lift. And oh, did I mention that you’re running a little late too?
Don’t you just hate selfish moments like these? I’ve encountered this kind of situation so many times and I really hate being caught up in such a moment. Don’t you?
P/S. After reading some of the comments to this post, I do agree that a hot girl will probably get her way into the lift even if the lift doors were to close by just another 2cm! Hmm…I’d rather just wait for the next lift and not put myself through products like Stimerex ES to start looking hot!

oh yeah !
I got that few times…
hated it……..
I bet they would hold the elevator doors open for a really hot girl.
Of course!
Sometimes I did that to others too… hahaha. Cause I am also running late ma
Lisalicious, so frustrating when that happens, huh?
Loong, yeah I guess you are right. “Not hot, no waiting”
Amy, *gasp* Oh no!! Naughty girl…
There are usually other lifts, if the people inside the lift reopen the doors for you there is someone behind you and someone behind them and so on…quit whining and get the next lift so that those who got to the lift can get on with their day.
Wah…it’s no wonder you call yourself Rotten! I hope you get on with your day without meeting like-minded people like yourself
