Just when I thought everything’s going great and perfect, my little laptop is giving me some problem. It was fine all day until I turned it on just an hour plus ago and suddenly instead of seeing the nice blue screen when I boot up, I see an ugly striking green screen!
Worst yet, now the colours on the screen are all screwed up and I’m so upset. It’s only a 6 month old baby. The part that disturbs me about having computer problems is the download I may face with no PC if I have to send it in to be fixed. Plus if things have to be reformatted, the downtime I have is even longer to get all my stuff re-installed. Backing up data before the reformat is already time consuming enough.
This is the second time I’m running into screen problems with Acer laptops. My first Acer Aspire had some problems with the monitor after I used it for about 2 years. Then now this Acer Timeline is giving me screen problem too. I wonder if generally Acer has weaken screens or is it my bad luck?
Whatever the problem is, I just hope it can be fixed easily without it having to be reformatted and that my downtime is minimised…
