Today Ryan celebrated grandma’s birthday. We’ve been teaching him to sing a little of the Happy Birthday song and he was all eager to learn. But when it came time to perform, he didn’t really sing the tune. Nevertheless, grandma was equally happy.
We all went out to dinner to celebrate. The food was good and we all ate heartily. After dinner we had a small fruit flan birthday cake, the type of cake that the birthday girl likes, and I think we really stuffed ourselves with that finishing touch of dessert 
I’m feeling rounded and fat already, but no, don’t offer me those acclaimed best diet pills because I’m not that fat for now
