Sweet Cherry High Chair

We wanted to shop for a baby high chair, so we visited Toys R Us yesterday since there was a baby specials going on, which I wrote about here. Unfortunately I didn’t find them that appealing and things weren’t that cheap either. Today we found one, from a Malaysian brand called Sweet Cherry. If you are a parent, most likely you would’ve seen a lof of Sweet Cherry stuff around, from prams to car seats to walkers and high chairs. It’s a very affordable brand compared to the likes of Graco, Peg Perego and Combi.

The model that we bought is called the Dora High Chair. It holds up to 18kg and baby is just over 8kg, so there should still be a lot of room and use of the chair.

The height of the seat is adjustable up to 3 levels to accommodate whichever height you feel most comfortable with. Safety wise, the seat comes with a five-point safety harness to ensure baby is strapped in properly. In addition, the seat is a wipe-clean padded type so it’s very easy to clean. Speaking of ease of cleaning, it also comes with a two-layer food tray where the top layer can be easily removed for easy clean-up.

The backrest and footrest are also adjustable so that baby is propped comfortably. It’s also a very mobile chair as it is fastened with wheelers which can be locked as a safety measure. What’s best about the chair is that it’s foldable so it makes storage a breeze.

It comes in two colours shown below and it retails for RM269. You can find Sweet Cherry products at any Jusco’s baby department.
