vicks Try Vick VapoRub to sleep better

I read in some emails that when a child coughs and has trouble sleeping, it helps if you rub some Vicks Vaporub. Usually, it is rubbed on the chest and back. But this tip says to rub it at the sole on the feet and put on some socks afterwards.

When I was heavily pregnant and had trouble sleeping (as most pregnant women do at some point), I resorted to this tip to see if it works on me. It did! The only thing that bothered me was when I removed the socks in the mornings and my feet felt sticky to the floor.
